Sleeping up to 7 guests, this traditional cottage has a kitchen/dining area, a living room with adjacent snug and three good-sized bedrooms. Plan your days out using the guides and maps provided, come back from your excursions to the welcome of a warm Aga and snuggle up on the sofa in front of the wood-burning stove.  In warmer months, enjoy sitting out in the evening sun by the summer house underneath the apple trees before strolling up the road to one of Broughton’s award-winning pubs. One pet permitted. Non-smoking.

Kitchen/Dining area with gas Aga for cooking, belfast sink, dishwasher, TV, hi-fi. Table with bench and chair seating. Steps up to:    
 
Utility area with fridge, freezer, microwave.

Cloakroom/WC with washing machine, dryer.

Living room with wood-burning stove, TV, telephone (incoming and emergency calls only) 

Snug with wood-burning stove and small library

First floor

Bedroom 1: King-size double bed and ensuite shower room.  
Bedroom 2: Double bed.
Bedroom 3: Double bed and single bed.

Bathroom/W.C with over-bath shower.

Outdoors

Small garden with steps up to lawned area and summer house with garden furniture. Chimera stove. Unfenced raised patio - young children should be supervised. 

Parking space for 2 cars.
